First of all, my compliments for making the choice to lose weight!
I know from my own experience how frustrating it is not to feel comfortable in your own skin, that you see the excess weight in the mirror every time and that you just can't get it off. With me they were on my stomach, someone called it a seven-month-tummy. And no matter what I did, it just wouldn't go away. Very frustrating.
Until I came across Herbalife....
With some skepticism I started on the Herbalife shakes, which actually tasted good. And unbelievably.... within a few weeks I lost 2 kilos! What hadn't worked in 7 years, was now suddenly gone. Full of enthusiasm I threw myself on the next few kilos! After 6 weeks I had lost 8 kilos! Very excited of course!
I hope that I can also let you experience that experience and that you will feel comfortable in your own skin again.
What I loved and still love is that it's super simple:
you replace your breakfast and lunch with the nutritional shakes from Herbalife Nutrition. In the evening you simply eat a healthy evening meal.
In between you take healthy snacks (we have delicious bars!) and you drink 8 glasses of water a day.
So super simple!
I will also personally guide you in this.
We do an intake, after the intake you also get an information pack, and after that we keep in touch weekly.
We can do the intake and weekly contact at my office, but also by phone or via Zoom. Just what you want and what is practical and convenient.
We can also hold a monthly fit check to keep abreast of developments.
(with a fit check you stand on an advanced scale from which a lot of different data comes out).
